As President of StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC, Eric Lansky has direct responsibility for all aspects of the company’s cash management products and services. Eric brings over 20 years of cash management experience to StoneCastle, with deep experience in sales, marketing, and new product development.
Prior to joining SCCM, Eric was President and CEO of Mutuals Advisors and USA Mutuals Partners. During his tenure at USA Mutuals, he introduced an FDIC insured deposit program for registered investment advisors, high-net-worth individuals and institutions which was recognized as a leading cash management vehicle for institutional clients.
Before joining USA Mutuals in 2008, Eric was managing director of Reserve Management Company, where he oversaw all aspects of sales and marketing within the company, including brokerage, bank and institutional sales initiatives. Prior to joining Reserve in 1999, Eric served as Director of Marketing at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management. While at Nomura, he was responsible for the marketing of financial products to institutional markets and through brokerage channels.
Eric is often quoted in the media and speaks at industry conferences. He graduated from Tulane University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s degree and earned his Masters in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Kim Weeks joined StoneCastle Partners, LLC in 2012, where she is a Director and manages bank-related strategies and initiatives. With more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry, Kim’s expertise includes cash management, retail and wholesale funding approaches. She helped revolutionize the wholesale CD market by introducing non-brokered listing service deposits to community banks. Listing service CDs now account for over $40 billion dollars in deposits to community banks. Kim also piloted a startup company that became a nationally recognized corporation in two years. Her executive background includes President of two premier bank funding businesses: IDC Deposits and QwickRate. Kim’s career was molded and enhanced with tenures at Wachovia Bank and Bank of America. In addition to her management responsibilities at StoneCastle, Kim personally consults with numerous community banks across the U.S.
A highly regarded speaker, Kim has presented at numerous national and state banking conferences. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University and is an honors graduate of Kennesaw State University, where she received her Masters of Business Administration in May 2000.
Bruce Hinkle brings over two decades of experience working in the financial industry to StoneCastle Partners. As Senior Vice President, Bank Sales, his expertise includes wholesale and retail deposit strategies, interest rate risk, core deposit behavior, loan profitability analysis, and investment portfolio tactics.
Prior to Stone Castle Partners, Bruce worked for Farin & Associates, Inc., a prestigious firm that specializes in asset/liability management services, retail product-pricing solutions, education, and consulting. Previously, he was the National Sales Director with QwickRate LLC. While there, Bruce was one of the main architects in delivering wholesale funding alternatives to community bankers.
Bruce’s articles have been published in numerous publications. Designated as a “Top Rated” speaker by the Financial Manager Society, Bruce has been a featured speaker at the ICBA and FMS National Conferences, Wells Fargo Executive Conference and numerous local and state conferences. He also has served on the Strategic Issues Committee for the Financial Managers Society and several state advisory boards.
Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Clemson University and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

As a member of the Bank Sales team of StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC, Bill Abernathy is responsible for sales to community banks in his territory. He brings more than 40 years sales experience to StoneCastle, beginning in the municipal bond industry in 1973.
Prior to joining StoneCastle, Bill worked in bank consulting. During this period, he was employed by QwickRate and managed the iFeds online fed funds platform for ICAP, an international brokerage firm.
Bill began his sales career in the bond business in Texas in 1973, continuing in Colorado through 1999. He was a money market broker with Lynn Associates in San Francisco in 1976. He started the sales and trading desk at Newman & Associates in 1979 where he was responsible for placement of bond issues and was in charge of investment of bond proceeds for arbitrage purposes. During his tenure, Newman became a significant underwriter of multi-family housing bonds in the nation.
Bill graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

As the Senior Vice President of the Bank Relationship Management team for StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC, Ari Schlusselberg is directly responsible for the management of the growth and development of StoneCastle’s bank network. He has more than five years of relationship management experience, and uses all of those skills to bring value to our bank network.
Since joining StoneCastle, Ari has been instrumental in growing the bank network, both by bringing in new banks and by increasing the relationship with existing ones.
Prior to StoneCastle, Ari was a Client Services and Business Development Manager at Ping Mobile, a leading mobile marketing firm headquartered in New Jersey. While at Ping, he focused on developing and executing mobile marketing campaigns for large companies in many sectors, including finance, hospitality, telecommunication and media.
Ari graduated with a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University.
Barb Hinkle, Vice President, brings over two and a half decades of successful sales and customer relations experience to StoneCastle Cash Management, LLC. Prior to StoneCastle, Barb was Vice President of Client Relations with IDC Deposits, a firm that specialized in innovative money market solutions for community banks. Before that, she was a Customer Service Director for QwickRate LLC., a nationwide funding and investing company that created and revolutionized the non-brokered wholesale CD market.
Barb also spent more than 11 years as a referral and sales coordinator for Prudential Atlanta Realty. She was also recognized and received many awards throughout her real estate career. This is where Barb enhanced and refined her skills of building relationships through referral programs. Barb has been able to replicate her success and apply what she has learned to other businesses.
Kendra McCaskey is an Assistant Vice President and Bank Relationship Manager at StoneCastle Cash Management. Kendra began her career at Raymond James & Associates, in their Naples, Florida office. She moved to New York City in 2007 and started working on the trading floor on the US Equities desk. After the collapse of the market, Kendra worked as a Relationship Manager at Guidepoint, an Expert Network firm headquartered in NYC. While there, she worked for seven years doing business development with buy-side clientele focusing on Hedge Funds and Private Equity shops. There, she initiated contact, on-boarded new clients, expanded and cultivated existing relationships, penetrated new groups and users, and worked on renewals and upsells.
Kendra graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Finance.
