  • Associate Analyst

    Worksite: New York, NY

    Duties:
    1. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action;
    2. Detect and analyze bottleneck, updating existing systems and help to design new data processing systems;
    3. Identify, research, and resolve issues during daily processing, calculations and deliveries in Microsoft SQL Server;
    4. Enhance coverage and quality; streamline processes and design product functionality, specifying bug fixes and software enhancements requests;
    5. Use regression and forecasting modeling, SSRS and JasperReport to provide insight and feedback to improve the internal data capture and cleaning processes;
    6. Use SQL, C#, and HTML to develop QA methodology for content output to client-facing products;
    7. Use SQL to assist in the release of refined data sets to internal and external clients and downstream processes.

    Requires: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Computer Information System

  • Software Engineer

    Worksite: New York, NY

    Duties:
    1. Execute daily deposit algorithm; the algorithm determines client allocation matrix with daily trading activities, fees and accrued interests. Algo takes into consideration of different rate tiers and deposit programs targeting various retail and institution markets; deposit allocation must satisfy business and regulatory requirements.
    2. Research to improve efficiency and effectiveness of daily deposit algorithm in JAVA codes. Utilize quantitative pricing methods to multi-objective optimize algorithm: dynamic programming, rolling array to expedite in matrix calculation, speed up calculation steps to improve time complexity, refactor JAVA code to simplify logic, redesign SQL table schemas, explore alternative Algo in other languages like C++ and Python, etc.
    3. Collaborate with portfolio and operation teams to deliver new features into the core system and implement solutions in JAVA codes on the server side.
    4. Leverage pricing strategy, partner with Chief Architect and CTO to create visions and strategic plans for company’s quantitative algorithm as well as technology platform.
    5. Solve day-to-day operational challenge: write SQL query and store procedures for routine accounting and report generation OR ad-hoc analytical analysis, performance measures and time
    series analysis; assist client and bank operation teams on Algo related inquires; write Linux Shell scripts and Python scripts for tech operations.
    6. Strong quantitative and mathematical intuition.
    7. Hands-on programming skills and experience in results-oriented environments.

    Requires: Master’s Degree in Statistics/Computer Science with 4-year experience as Software Engineer or Financial Analyst
